Free Things To See and Do in Las Vegas
Las Vegas is a blast. There are so many free things to see
and do in Las Vegas that it can seem a tad overwhelming at times. It's a lot to take in on one short
visit.
The best advice is to make a list of the things you would like
to enjoy while in Vegas. This site will help you get started with your list. Just customize it to suit you
and your family or your travel companions.
Check out as many different Vegas hotels and casinos as you can.
The Vegas strip is full of them, but there are numerous additional hotels and casinos that are off the strip
as well.
The downtown area is a stark contrast to the massive structures
occupying prime land on the strip. This is the "old Vegas" and it's definitely worth a side trip to check out
the "Fremont Street Experience".

A quick word of warning is in order here... It may look on the
map like downtown Vegas is within walking distance of the main strip, where hotels like Caesar’s Palace and
The Flamingo are located, but it's not. But a short bus ride on the Deuce (Vegas' public transit buses) or by
cab will get you there quickly.
Touring the hotels is an experience in itself and something that
should not be missed. You'll marvel at these magnificent, giant creations of comfort. The casinos are huge
too. Dining choices are plentiful, as are live Vegas shows and concerts, featuring world-class acts in
first-class auditoriums.
Some of the things you must see (in no particular order of
significance) include...

The Musical Fountains at the Bellagio

The Shark Reef Aquarium at the Mandalay Bay
