Las Vegas Activities You Are Sure To
Enjoy
There's no other city in the world like it. There's plenty to see and do 24 hours a day. You'll have no trouble
at all finding Las Vegas activities that are fun, fablous and entertaining.
There's so much to see and do in Vegas, that it can seem overwhelming at times. There is a lot to take in on a
short visit. You are about to have a vacation like no other because Vegas is one-of-a-kind.
First Things First
Make a list of the things you would like to enjoy while in Las Vegas. This site will help you get started on
your list. Just customize it to suit you and your family or your travel companions. As your list grows larger,
divide it up into A's, B's and C's.
The "A's" are those must-do Las Vegas activities. "B's" are all those places you'd like to see and things you'd
like to, but aren't absolutely essential on your first visit. And the "C's" only come into to play if you happen
upon them, or find yourself with extra free time (a less likely reality).
Check out as many different hotels and casinos as you can. The Vegas strip is full of them, but there are
numerous additional hotels and casinos that are off the strip as well.
The downtown area is a stark contrast to the massive structures occupying prime land on the strip. This is the
"old Vegas" and it's definitely worth a side trip to check out the "Fremont Street experience.
Warning: It's Further Than It Looks
When you look at the map of downtown Vegas, it appears to be within walking distance of the main strip, where
hotels like Caesar's Palace and The Flamingo are located. But it's not. A short bus ride on the Deuce (Vegas'
public transit buses) or by cab will get you there quickly, but walking will take a while and take its toll on your
feet.
Touring the hotels is an experience in itself and something that should not be missed. You'll marvel at these
magnificent, giant creations of comfort. The casinos are huge too. Dining choices are plentiful, as are live Vegas
shows and concerts, featuring world-class acts in first-class auditoriums.
